Our jewelry comes with a Lifetime Guarantee ensuring the highest standard of quality. If your product arrives damaged or has any manufacturing defect, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time free replacement or repair of the piece.
This Warranty does not cover damage caused by the user, such as wear and tear, scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, and long-term fading. Shipping and handling fees are not included in Warranty Replacements.
During these warranty periods, if a defect occurs in the product and is determined by us to be a manufacturer's defect, please follow the return instructions provided.
We may, within the limits of the law, choose to
- repair the product using new or refurbished components
- Substitute the item with a comparable product of equal value
- refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product
- exchange your item for another of equal or lesser value
Customers are required to return defective products before any repair, replacement, or refund can be processed. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. In the case of a refund, the returned product will become the property of Icetruck.

Exclusions and Limitations
The Lifetime Guarantee does not apply to damage caused by
- lost / stolen items
Do not expose your jewelry to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can potentially alter the appearance of the product. Examples of these include, but are not limited to:
- liquid silver polish
- hot tubs
- salt water
Please avoid sleeping with jewelry on and refer to our Jewelry Care Guide for further details. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in improper use of your Icetruck product.
