Winter Break – Important Info for You:

We’ll be taking a little break from December 23rd through January 3rd.

Production will carry on as usual during this time, but shipping will resume on January 4th.

Tracking & Insurance

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days if the item is in stock and payment has been cleared. Please be aware that there may be slight delays during busy sale periods or new product releases. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

 

Taxes & Duties

Customers outside the EU are responsible for all import duties and fees. All orders are shipped DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”. We do not collect VAT, duties, and/or taxes and cannot predict the estimated charge. Additional charges may need to be paid to clear customs and some countries may require fees. Local carriers collect these fees, and The Icetruck has no control over them.

 

Ownership & Risk

Once your order is placed, changes or cancellations are not possible for fast dispatch times. If there is an error in your delivery address, contact us at support@theicetruck.com right away. Any delivery date or time provided is just an estimate, The Icetruck is not liable for delays. If your order is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Store credit may be issued for items out of stock. Refunds for out-of-stock items will be issued upon request.

• In the event that a product within your order is not available, we will immediately start production after the payment has been processed. 

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, custom products may need some additional time for production and will be shipped within 3-10 weeks. The Icetruck is closed on weekends and all major holidays.

• You will receive an E-Mail or SMS confirmation with the tracking information once your order is shipped.

• The Icetruck reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.

• Regarding packages that are marked delivered by the carrier, either DHL or GLS, The Icetruck is not liable for lost packages. We can gladly open a claim with the responsible carrier and start an investigation, our Customer Service team will decide whether we’ll replace/refund your order or not.
