Our goal is to provide a smooth internet shopping experience, The Icetruck ships orders every business day, Monday through Friday. That means your purchase will be in the mail within two business days after the production has finished.
Tracking & Insurance
After you place your order, we will get ready and start the production immediately. You'll receive tracking information via E-Mail or SMS Text. All shipments are insured. The Icetruck will replace your order if your package get lost or damaged during shipment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Store credit may be issued for items out of stock. Refunds for out of stock items will be issued upon request.
• In the event that a product within your order is not available, we will immediately start with the production after the payment has been processed.
• Orders are processed and shipped within 3-8 business days, custom products may need some additional time and are shipped within 7-14 business days. The Icetruck is closed on weekends and all major holidays.
• You will receive an E-Mail or SMS confirmation with the tracking information once your order is shipped.
• The Icetruck reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
• Regarding packages that are marked delivered by the carrier, either DHL or FedEx, The Icetruck is not liable for lost packages. We can gladly open a claim with responsible carrier and start a investigation, our Customer Service team will decide whether we’ll replace/refund your order or not.
