Tracking & Insurance
After you place your order, we will get ready and start production immediately. You'll receive tracking information via E-Mail or SMS Text. All shipments are insured. The Icetruck will replace your order if your package gets lost or damaged during shipment. Our goal is to provide a smooth internet shopping experience, The Icetruck ships orders every business day, Monday through Friday.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Store credit may be issued for items out of stock. Refunds for out-of-stock items will be issued upon request.
• In the event that a product within your order is not available, we will immediately start production after the payment has been processed.
• Orders are processed and shipped within 3-8 business days, custom products may need some additional time for production. The Icetruck is closed on weekends and all major holidays.
• You will receive an E-Mail or SMS confirmation with the tracking information once your order is shipped.
• The Icetruck reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.
• Regarding packages that are marked delivered by the carrier, either DHL or FedEx, The Icetruck is not liable for lost packages. We can gladly open a claim with the responsible carrier and start an investigation, our Customer Service team will decide whether we’ll replace/refund your order or not.
